At V-NATURAL, we want you to receive your Korean beauty products as quickly and affordably as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/Email once shipped

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Tier 2 cities (Lucknow, Jaipur, Nagpur, etc.) 4–6 business days
Tier 3 cities & remote areas 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges



Order Value Shipping Fee
₹999 and above Free shipping
Below ₹999 ₹100 flat

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders between ₹299 – ₹3,000

  • Customers pay cash or UPI at delivery (exact change preferred)

  • COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp before shipping (to prevent fake orders)

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • SMS (on your registered phone number)

  • WhatsApp (if enabled)

  • Email

Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery fails because:

  • You were not available after multiple attempts, or

  • You refused the package

Then:

  • ₹50 restocking fee will be deducted from any refund

  • Re-shipping will require paying the shipping fee again
