At V-NATURAL, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns (7 Days)

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is past its expiry date

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Acne patches (opened or unopened)

  • Lip masks (opened)

  • Nail colors (used or opened)

  • Any product with a broken safety seal

How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us at info@vnaturalproducts.com or WhatsApp +91 9845207475 within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID and a photo/video of the issue

  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup or refund immediately

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders (credit card, UPI, net banking): Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

  • COD orders: Refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer (please share your details)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting support. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
