Returns (7 Days)
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is past its expiry date
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Acne patches (opened or unopened)

Lip masks (opened)

Nail colors (used or opened)

Any product with a broken safety seal

Refunds

Prepaid orders (credit card, UPI, net banking): Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

COD orders: Refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer (please share your details)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting support. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
